You do not need an external reason to laugh, you can just decide and that decision can lead to a healthier and happier life. Smiling changes the shape of your face and releases a cascade of feel-good chemicals in your brain, including endorphins and serotonin, which can elevate your mood and reduce stress. Laughter also increases your gut health by promoting the production of beneficial gut bacteria, which can improve digestion and support overall digestive well-being.
